2 interviews. Both quick and easy. Not thorough and no skills required. Basically interviews were held in a warehouse- 1st with manager, 2nd was the same interview but the area manager was there too.

Interview was quite informal, greeted by area manager and store manager.
The area manager definitely lead the interview, the store manager being quite passive and asked no questions.
Spent about 15 - 20 minutes answering quite general questions

Pretty quick. I had a 'trial' in another store this was on the day of the interview. The process was pretty fast after the offer I started shortly after and in juts under two weeks I was at training.
