I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PixiFoto (Brighton, England) in Aug 2013
Interview
telephone interview is stage one- basic and mainly about your previous employment, 1st interview- regional manager-at least 1 hr away from home to ensure you travel ok, very formal but questions are basic and about your personality and experiance with customer service more than photography long interview 1.5hrs, if sussessful you are call for a one day on job trail in store at least 1hr away. if good get a call for 2nd interview- area manager- less formal, just a getting to know you chat about 20mins talking through the trail day. good communication and feedback through-out the process.
The inter view process was short. It was obvious they worked off commission and i regret working for them I needed a job as much as they needed an employee and they run off targets and area targets also from what I recall we went to a coffee shop and the lady who interviewed was lovely and professional. Worked a trial in the interview and had to canvass and approach people
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PixiFoto (Glasgow, Scotland) in May 2014
Interview
one on one process, across a number of members of management (area trainer/ area manager/ studio managers) can meet with you across one to three interviews/ trial shifts before offer for employment can be offered. immediate start and pay begins upon first day, which is beneficial.
