      HR Manager Interview

      Sep 23, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Royal Leamington Spa, England
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Pixel Toys (Royal Leamington Spa, England) in May 2025

      Interview

I had an initial telephone interview with the Recruitment Manager, David, who was very friendly and professional. In my opinion, the interview went well —David was transparent about the role and the recruitment process, and he created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere throughout. At the conclusion of the call, I was advised to await further communication from the Company. A day or two later, I received a voicemail from David asking me to return his call. When I did, David mentioned that he was driving at the time and would contact me the following day. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from him, either by phone or email. I chose not to follow up myself, as I had already decided I would not be proceeding with the opportunity due to certain company policies—such as the restriction on remote work locations and the lack of provided parking near the office. Nevertheless, I would have appreciated receiving some form of feedback following the interview.
