Explain job description. Ask if it's for you. Explain pay scale, duties and expectations. Come to agreement. Make appointments for orientation. Orientation is 2 days. There is a bunch of reading with some small qizzes. Pretty bssic. Sign contract... be careful with this. Sounds good but read what you are getting into.
