I was contacted by recruiter for a phone interview, where she described the company and what they do. She then asked me a bit about myself and said she thought I would be a great fit for this position. A week later, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. The interview went ok. I was told he would be in touch with me within a few days. One week later, I emailed both the hiring manager and the recruiter. Still no response.....

Comforting but long interview process. First, there was a phone screening, then a hiring manager interview, then 3 more separate interviews with those who you would work with. Be prepared with a lot of questions for the interviewer.
