I recently interviewed for the Customer Service Manager role at Pistola and, although I wasn’t ultimately selected, I had an incredibly positive experience thanks to the recruiter, Katie. From the very beginning, Katie was warm, communicative, and transparent—something that, unfortunately, can be rare in hiring processes. She kept me in the loop every step of the way, advocated for me, and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. Even when things didn’t go my way, I left the process with a great impression of how she treats candidates. If more recruiters approached their work like Katie, the hiring experience across the board would be so much better for candidates.
