Very quick felt a bit rushed. But over all nice people good place. Very high expectations but pay is decent. Highest paying baker job in Seattle probably. Needs more structure
The founder is personable, authentic and exceptionally knowledgeable. The interview felt more like a comfortable conversation in order to learn my experience and my goals. I recommend you research the company before you interview.

Interview
Simple interview consisted of 3 things: inquiries about prior work experience in the food industry, ability to be on time, ability to reliably get to work on early mornings and weekends. They were more concerned with you logistically being able to get to the job on time, knowing that 99% of the skills you need for the job would be taught once you started working. Interview lasted 15 minutes maximum and was offered the job within the week.
