Was first contacted via phone call. Spoke briefly about my background and interests before setting up a time to talk more in depth. Spoke again the next day for about 25 minutes, and set up an in house interview for the next week. In house interview took about 30 minutes and was very casual.

Process was very prompt and steps were very clear. First round was conversational about my background and experience as well as setting expectations for the position. Second round was more in-depth questions about past metrics and knowledge of IT positions.

I was supposed to interview with two people, the second person was 15 minutes late to my interview because he was still on lunch break. The interview was very light, both people were very personable.
