I was contacted two weeks prior to the interview by Clare to arrange a time that was convenient to me. I was contacted twice prior to the interview to ensure the time was still convenient and given a good description on the interview process.
I arrived at the office as I was met at reception by the Chief Operations Officer.
We went to a private meeting room and I was asked various questions from my marketing experience, personal achievements and why I would want to work for Pioneer.
I passed the first interview and was invited in for a second one with Clare and we finalised the understanding of the organisation and all the parts of the role. I then received a call later that day confirming I had got the job.
