Interview
Although I was first told I would be in a group setting interview (never had one before) I was able to be squeeze in an interview that was individual. I feel those are more personable with a chance to get to know each other better. In my opinion I was able to put the focus on my skill set and not competing against others with theirs. My own time to shine!
