      Online interview invitations and multiple questions need to be responded to in advance. However, the HR team made a day for an interview with me, then she did not show up. And after I email her, she told me she was on the holiday and would like to reschedule the interview with me once she back to work. Well, it was really unprofessional, but I gave her a chance and try to reschedule with her after she finished the holiday. Unfortunately, it even ends up horribly. After a week of waiting and following up, she finally replies to my email and said: "Sorry, the position is taken on last Friday"....which is the day we should have an interview and she took the holiday and missed it... So, I guess the interview process is doing everything they can to waste your time.

      Overall I had a good interview. It started with a short meeting to get to know me and my experience, then I had a meeting with HR and the team lead, then the team lead and manager. After the second interview I had to do a personality test and a timed test where I had to reply to as many questions as possible. My only complaint is that I was refused because the examples I've given during the interview weren't specific enough. Surely this wouldn't have had an impact on my job which was customer service, for which I have 9 years of experience! I was disappointed in this, especially because the interview process was long and difficult with all the questions.

      Typical 3-round interview process. After the final interview, a week went by. I contacted the hiring manager to ask if a decision had been made about my candidacy. A few more days went by and I did not hear back. I contacted another individual I interviewed with and no response. I had the final interview almost a month ago and no one from the company has contacted me about a final decision. Having a candidate spend weeks interviewing for a position with no information after the final round is unprofessional & disrespectful.
