Pinnacle Promotions interview questions

I did three interviews, one on the phone with the employee that would later become my direct manager, one in person interview with the Department Manager and his assistant, and a final in person interview with the HR director, and one of the owners of the company. This is no longer the hiring practice and minimal interviewing is necessary, though no interviewing will happen for the Art Department as they have not hired a new employee in 3 years.

I filled out the application online and about a week later I received an email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was set for a Friday , as the Friday approaches I got an email that morning from the person who was supposed to perform my interview saying there was a time conflict and that someone would contact me to reschedule for next week. The next week comes and midway through I still didn't receive any information on the rescheduling of my interview. So i took matters into my own hands and sent an email asking what was going (long story short). HR lets me know that the position was filled so I never got the opportunity for a phone interview. I was pretty excited about the opportunity but after the way they handled my situation I'm thinking maybe it wasn't the right company for me. With that being said, they did not "make the right impression" on me.
