Sat down with the manager inside of the salon, she asked a few questions. I was young when I applied for this job, but in hindsight the questions were very simple, behavioral questions. Some were about how I would deal with certain situations, some asked about my previous work experience, and some were personal questions to get to know me better. Overall, very easy interview.
