Interview
One face-to-face interview. I had responded to an ad on Craigslist and was called a few days later. We set up and interview for 3 days after that. I came in and the interview took about 10 minutes total. She didn't have any set questions, and had only asked about my pervious employment (like pros and cons).
It was an initial screener (15 minute interview) that reviewed my background. This was follows up wit an in-store assessment where I was asked to serve yogurt and pretend that I was serving customers.

Interview
They asked me general interview questions. It wasn't hard, and I only interviewed with one person. The manager called me back a week later and I got the job. Just review the typical "Tell me about a time..." questions and you should be fine. They don't cal the references.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Pinkberry (Boston, MA) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview was professional and fun at the same time. The hiring manager was very personable, and made sure to get to know you which made the interview feel more comfortable.
