Quick response when I applied for the job. I heard back from someone within 3 days. She contacted me to set up a phone screening interview. The phone screening interview lasted for 30 minutes. Just answering typical questions about my background and experience.
A few days later she contacted me again and invited me for the next round of interviews. It would be a Zoom call with the hiring manager and shift manager including the recruiter.
This zoom interview was an hour long and each person from the company interviewed me one by one. It was very generic, with typical interview questions mixed with casual but professional talk. I answered all their work-related questions by giving examples of how relevant their available job was to my experience. I was totally qualified for the job. I was surprised when it took them over 2 weeks to give me a status. Prior to the interview, they were very responsive. So, I realized for myself that I was ghosted and wasn't moving forward in the hiring process.
