20 min call with HRM next day 20 min call with VP . Called and hired me 3 days later . Drove 6 hrs to NJ for 1 and 1/2 days of training (not near enough) and started the following day in charge of 5 people and an office.

Nothing structured , all were about previous roles and situations/experience . They spoke mostly about them and what to expect (which was sugar coated enough to give me diabetes)
