Just one word, TERRIBLE. They were late for the interview and reached me out after one month. In the interview they were asking me questions and they just vanished from the videocall and their excuse was that they needed to drink water, it happened more than 3 times. Just terrible experience.

How would you manage difficult clients or situations?
Too long and cumbersome.
Better streamline process.
Case study needs to be better defined and the expectation. Too many people to meet, and scheduling conflicts. Would have expected to meet with HR, a Peer, and hiring manager.

Interview
Went through two interviews before getting to the case study stage. The recruiter was in the process of scheduling a time for a case study when they halted the process due to "budget reallocation" and didn't get an update back until weeks later and their response was that they were looking for a different profile.
