Very informal and easy to talk to them. Just basic overview questions about getting to know the candidate and making sure they are to be trusted with children and will make a good employee.
Really casual and not hard at all. Was mostly the interviewer speaking about the job description and what a normal day on the job would look like. Described the next steps in the process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pierce Country Day Camp (Roslyn, NY) in May 2016
Interview
Relatively easy and relaxed, it was just one one-on-one interview, and was notified that I got the job on the spot. No need to dress up. Just be you, the interviewers are very nice, and most people get the job I've heard.
