      Customer Communications Coordinator Interview

      Oct 15, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      I interviewed at Picnic

      Interview

The worst I have experienced by far. You get an email to complete an assessment (which is pretty difficult, even after completing practise tests). You will only pass to the next round (which is an interview) if you pass this assessment. This is the laziest recruitment work. Do not waste your time with this company. I noticed that they posted the application again after about a month. Which to me shows that they clearly are finding it difficult to find a candidate that would fit their UNREALISTIC criteria. GOODLUCK to Picnic. They are really losing on some amazing talent by making people complete these assessments which have nothing to do with the actual job.
