Interview
The first two interviews were very easy but the third one in person- more like an interrogation . Some situational questions and more about your experience. The information that was provided was conflicted
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PicassoTiles (Corona, CA) in Sep 2025
Interview
I went through several rounds of interviews, including phone, onsite, and a final discussion with a C-level executive. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The leadership interview felt unexpectedly hostile the executive consistently downplayed my background and seemed uninterested in having a genuine conversation.
Afterward, communication completely stopped for nearly two months, only for the company to suddenly reach out again requesting another interview and mentioning they were “recycling” previous candidates. Overall, the process felt disorganized and lacking respect for candidates’ time. I hope the company improves professionalism, transparency, and communication in future hiring efforts.
