Interview
It's a group interview more or less, i was fortunate to have a one on one interview but it's more like a seminar rather than an interview.
It felt more of a conversation rather than a formal type of thing. They go on about who they are, (the company) and what they do. Sell memories.
It was thorough and fair. I had 2 different group video interviews. One was for a specific location and when that first location filled up, I got a chance to do a second interview for a different location. We then did one group online training after passing, then waited about 2 weeks before starting work.

Quick interview process - took about a week. I applied online then went in for an in person interview. Was asked about customer service experience. Fairly simple interview. Need to be willing to work with customers, follow directions, and ensure a quality guest experience. Also was asked which location I might prefer to be staffed at, but ultimately the company places you if you are given an offer.

Most questions dealt with how to deal with customers and ensure a quality guest experience.
I was part of a group interview where we watched a slideshow and would be asked questions along the way. Afterwards, there was a little test to match number and find mistakes.
