Phoenix Financial Group interview questions

Pretty short. Very little questions were asked, and it didn't seem that it mattered what or how much experience I had. A short tour was given and at the end of the tour a very odd offer of employment was made. This all happened within 15 minutes. I say odd because it came across to me that there was some deliberation/hesitation on the HR person's side that I thought I heard they had on other people for the job. I understood that some time would be necessary and then suddenly after the tour, the deliberation/hesitation was no longer.
