Very structured and thorough interview process, good communications from when I applied for the job on Indeed right through to the feedback when i didn't get the job. At the interview, the Team Managers described the role and the training well. The interview was over Zoom due to Covid 19

Interview
Normal interview questions followed by some calls played out to you where you have to respond to the customer. After investing my time and money into attending the interview which took around 2 hours, they didn't even bother getting back to me to let me know i hadn't got the job. Avoid at all costs.
