LONG! The entire process took two months. I applied online, did a phone screen with the recruiter, phone interview with the hiring manager and virtual interviews with six different people. Questions were repetitive and fairly vanilla. Communication between the candidate, recruiter and hiring manager could be improved. There were long gaps between status updates. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience as I was moved between requisitions, not given an offer, recommended to interview for a lower role, then re-engaged three weeks later because the candidate they initially selected declined their offer.
