Exhausting, disorganized and poorly constructed. Nearly 5 hours and instead of meeting with several people at once, met with 5 people, one at a time. Each person asked repetitive questions, most disorganized, very unprepared and as if they had never interviewed anyone before. Some of them nit-picked on very specific and a single deep piece of technology as to stump the one being interviewed which seemed petty and insignificant. Extremely unprofessional! Not all interviewers were in the office and instead of rescheduling the entire thing had to make a call the next day. After all this, they tell me they gave the position to an existing employee. Hmmm, offer the position internally first, and if none of them are qualified, then go outside to find applicants instead of wasting others valuable time. Very disappointing.
