I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pharmavite LLC (Opelika, AL) in Jun 2018
Interview
I was originally contacted by the hiring manager and had a brief, informative 30 minute interview that confirmed that Pharmavite was the right "fit" for me. Then, a follow up interview with the soon-to- be boss focused on my technical backgrounds and day-to-day requirements of the job. Finally, I had a 7 hour interview day with various members of this great team, It's been a great time!

Question 1
What is the most compelling advice you have ever heard?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pharmavite LLC (Northridge, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Long process, very odd interview. It felt like they were trying to sell me on the company, versus the other way around. Seemed ok, but offering a pretty low salary for chemical engineering, especially considering the amount of experience required. After mentioning I did have another job offer, for the sake of trying to find how long the process would take, I was pretty much hung up on. The company seemed great until I read online about many internal issues they are having, but that interview just solidified my negative feelings toward them.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Pharmavite LLC (Northridge, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview was pretty straightforward. I don't even remember being asked any silly behavior questions. They told me about the job and asked if I could do it. It was more of a conversation and less of an interview.
