Panel Interview with four chemists at one time. Not that difficult. Know what you're talking about on your resume. You will be phone screened first by a chemist or HR. They do not make the process grueling and really look for the best fit for the chemist / assistant pair.

Applied online. Was contacted by Senior Scientist of R&D department and scheduled for a 15 minute phone interview, consisting of some technical/scientific questions and previous lab experiences. Followed up with on-site interview consisting of two panels for 30 minutes each. HR/QC + R&D personnel.

Interview
Four different panels of chemists that asked many of the same questions. They were all very inviting and great listeners. The ones that interview a canidate are almost always the ones that are looking for a person to hire. Be yourself, show passion for what your doing in the lab while also stressing that you are an awesome person and willing to be social.

Question 1
Be prepared to answer what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses, what do you look for in a supervisor, and some technical questions about laboratory experiance. If you have ever kept a laboratory notebook then bring that in as an example of the work that you have done. They will ask many questions about the things listed on your resume so know those things well.
