They included general background questions and light behavioral questions designed to understand communication style, personality fit, and overall balance. The interview felt organized, clear, and focused on evaluating alignment with the role.

What unique strength do you bring that sets you apart from other applicants, and how would it would add value to this role?
Introduction, light conversation, description of the organizational structure of the company, professional questions/answers, and tour through the company. I had a follow-up email and call from the company's recruiters and soon got an official job offer.

Interview
Met the manager for in person interview on site. He asked questions from a predetermined list of questions. I received an offer a few days later via phone call with an email follow up.
Got a call from the recruiter (Fiorella Perrazo) for a phone interview. Then had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I will note that Fiorella provided invaluable assistance throughout the entire recruiting process. I had many questions before starting the position and she was always available to answer any concerns I had. I am incredibly grateful for her guidance. The interview was straightforward and I am so lucky to have been offered this position. #recruiting.
