Interview
Very easy interview. You get called to come in the next day after they call. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone in hr via the telephone # they give you for hr. It is better to call the regular phone number and ask for hr. They give you a sit down 1:1. Then you come back to do your drug test via the mouth. You do paperwork the second day as well as get a physical. The physical includes getting your blood pressure tested, a weight test, & a heart monitored step test.

Interview
It took them 6 months to call me back just to put me into a group interview. Dress however you want as they will hire anyone off the street (seriously some of the employees speak little to no english at all). The humans resources person that will conduct the interview will tell you how amazing this company is to work for with opportunities for travel and raises every 6 months and great benefits. Unfortunately none of this is actually true except that you are guaranteed a raise every 6 months and these raises are usually around the .05 to .10 cent range. And no do not ask to talk money with these people because all their employees make a fixed hourly rate.
You will need to complete a physical agility test which will consist of you lifting a few 40 lbs. bags.
They will ask about your medical history and then drug test you. This is not a pee test.

Question 1
They will ask the group a generic panel of questions that i'm sure you can find anywhere online i.e. "what is you greatest strength/weakness?" "where did you work before?". That kind of stuff.
