Interview
3 stage interview process which was an initial telephone interview with a resourcing partner. Then a competency interview on Teams with the Area Manager, and then a final interview where I had to carry out a SWOT analysis of a store prior to the interview then present my findings and a 90 day plan at the same interview which was held face to face with the area manager and a people partner.
The whole process was very enjoyable due to the relaxed nature of the people conducting the interviews

The interview was a straight forward process, asked alot of questions regarding experience and what i could offer in terms of my skills, interview manager was polite and easy to talk to.

Was a good process felt they needed me more than I needed the job came across as desperate. The salary was too low ultimately for me to consider the position.
