      Interview

Their interview process is divided into three stages: an initial interview with the HR Representative, an interview with the Laboratory Supervisor and OIC, and a final interview with the Assistant Vice President of the Technical Team. The HR Representative was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. During my interview with the Laboratory Supervisor and OIC, the discussion was professional and focused on my educational background, laboratory experience, problem-solving skills, and understanding of quality control. They also gave me the opportunity to explain how I would handle situations involving quality, safety, and teamwork. Overall, the interview experience was well-organized and welcoming. Each stage allowed me to learn more about the role and the company’s expectations, while also giving me the chance to showcase my knowledge, skills, and eagerness to learn. The process further strengthened my interest in becoming part of the team and contributing to the company’s commitment to quality and operational excellence.
