Their interview process is divided into three stages: an initial interview with the HR Representative, an interview with the Laboratory Supervisor and OIC, and a final interview with the Assistant Vice President of the Technical Team.
The HR Representative was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. During my interview with the Laboratory Supervisor and OIC, the discussion was professional and focused on my educational background, laboratory experience, problem-solving skills, and understanding of quality control. They also gave me the opportunity to explain how I would handle situations involving quality, safety, and teamwork.
