It was not hard. 30 minutes phone interview and then one hour in person interview- a written test and interview with HR and the office manager. They’re both very nice and supportive.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Peterson (Moonachie, NJ) in Sep 2018
Interview
It was fairly quick. I'd say about 10-15 minutes long. I interviewed with the Plant manager as well as the manager I would be assisting within production department. They asked me about myself, my previous job experience as a supervisor and proceeded to explain my job expectations. I was given a job offer right there and then and have been with them since. I am now promoted for a little over a year to a new department but overall enjoy working with this company!
