The interview process was over the course of two in person interviews. A complete job description was provided at the beginning and all my questions were thoroughly answered. I was able to meet the human resources director and the sales director whom I would be working with. I was given a tour of the artist's studio and the corporate office. They were concerned about my work experience, long term goals, and the overall personality fit with the company. It was a mutually beneficial interview process. They wanted to make sure it was as much of a fit for me as it was for them- to ensure I would be happy, productive and effective in this position. I was previously working in a different position within the company but was still very new to Peter Lik. The few skills I did not know yet they were willing to train me in.
