Normal application process, interview with in house recruiter then third party assessment. Assessment sections are timed and only correct answers are recorded. Once completed results are passed on to Human Resources. Dependent on the results, an offer may be given.

Interview
I took an assessment test and then got a call from HR for a phone interview. The call was only about 20 minutes with HR ans Paul Pappas, the President. You could tell on the phone they had no expression on their faces. Very cold and calculating and you could tell there were no smiles. I didn’t even get a turn down email. After the interview there was no more communication which is really rude, in my opinion.
