I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard North America (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Mar 2014
Interview
Met with hiring manager and a VP. Afterwards met with HR VP. Seemed fairly standard. Nothing out of the ordinary. One thing I would say is that it appeared they were looking for someone to give a lot of projects too. Also, a girl I was in the elevator with, which worked there, appeared to be crying.

What would you consider to be a currently sustainable market trend?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard North America (Louisville, KY)
Interview
Tedious. 2 behavioural interviews. Was denied for one job, but then referred for another before ultimately dinged. 4 total. Nothing was surprising or out of left field, but the job descriptions for both positions were incredibly vague which made gauging my prepared responses impossible
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard North America (New York, NY)
Interview
Interviewed with HR after multiple Employee referrals and was only asked to tell them about myself and that was it. Got rejected the next day despite having experience similar to the role and knowledge of the industry.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard North America (Oxford, MS)
Interview
The interview process was a multi-step setup going from basic to in-person sit down. Overall the process was very simple and straight forward. They are very informative about what they want and are looking for. My only issue ended with out being told they hired someone else when we were down to the final three for the position. I just did not hear anything at all.
