Waste or time and efforts. I was a 4 round interview process. A normal technical assessment round, a technical assessment test, cto round, HR round.

Question 1
I had complete 4 rounds of interview done only to know that they are looking for someone who is more experienced. They just realised it only after the hr round of the interview . The HR round was awful. They literally made me wait for 12 days for the hr round. I wasted about 20 days into this 😪. Don't wast your time and energy on these unprofessional creatures. Beware and save yourself.

Initial 40min call with Infrastructure Manager
Take home assessment
Final interview: 1 hour with lead and senior devops: tech scenarios, go through assessment, final 30min with talent lead and a software engineer to go through your own questions.
Accepted offer. They were open to someone moving from a different career path and working remotely, which was the case with me. Great experience throughout the whole process and very transparent.

Technical test, design CI/CD pipeline. Pretty Very friendly people, when interviewing. There was a take-home test that was pretty easy. The take-home test was to design a CI/CD pipeline.
