I applied online. The overall process took about a month; from sending in the application to receiving an official offer.
The interview lasted a little over one hour and was mostly casual/conversational. I was extremely nervous, however, the two Principals who interviewed me were incredibly welcoming and engaging. I was asked to tell them about myself, as well as walk through my resume and portfolio.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Perkins & Will in Jan 2023

Was contacted by a third party recruiter, who used a bait and switch tactic regarding the job title. Perkins and Will contacts were friendly and professional though, and i would have been more open to the position of it had been disclosed properly (don't trust recruiters).
