Interview
You apply online and print out all necessary forms. They should send you information on how to schedule an interview. If you can, try to get an interview ASAP so that you will have a better chance of being placed at your own pool. Show up to your interview with all the necessary forms and be ready to talk one on one with someone from the company. The interview is around 10 minutes. It is very simple.

Question 1
They might ask what you would do in a situation where someone falls in the pool and is passive.
Easy simple with the ability of upward positioning straightforward. They literally call and ask if you want. This is an at demand field. There is a separate process for head lifeguard which also is basically the same

Interview
Not a long interview process- reason why it is a good first job, first experience with interviewing. They gave constructive criticism after the interview and were very understanding. They were flexible with my schedule and able to meet me after school for the interview
