Question 1
Can you explain the waterfall structure in a multifamily real estate investment and how the cash flow is allocated among the different stakeholders?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pepper Pike Capital Partners (Beachwood, OH) in Nov 2021
Interview
I was recruited and applied. The recruiter scheduled a phone interview then an interview with the hiring manager. It was informal. They didn't care about pandemic safety and didn't ask about vaccinations or a mask. They are disorganized and more operational than strategic. There was obvious tension in the office.
