Super easy. One of the reps reached out to me and did a brief over the phone interview, then I went in for a pre interview with them so they could see what type of jobs I was into, then I did a pre recorded interview for companies to see if they were interested in me. Then I got a call back and did my pre interview with them went to a real interview and then got a job offer about a week later.
