One phone interview with recruiter, one virtual interview with the hiring manager, and one virtual interview with the other members of the team. Was told to expect to hear back from the hiring manager regarding scheduling a 4th interview but instead was completely ignored by the recruiter and hiring manager for the following 4 weeks. Attempted multiple times to reach out via email for updates but never received any responses. Highly unprofessional to treat applicants with such disrespect from this level of the organization.
