Interview
After applying on line, Remedy Staffing called me. I interviewed with them first., which took about a 5 days. After meeting with the recruiter, within a week I had the in person interview with a lovely lady named Trish.

Question 1
The interview lasted two hours. She did not ask behavioral type of questions or why I would like to work for the company. Example:Tell me what you have done in your past that relates to this position. Warehouse experience, HACCP plan, working with government etc. She wanted to know if I wanted time off in the month of November (auditing time). How do I handle stress.
I was impressed with her analytical and straightforward approach. She made it easy. I really think she would be a good manager. Said she would make the decision within a week.
