Penny Appeal UK interview questions

The process was quick , standard process. Quick response and start dates. Interviewed by HR, manager and Director . Sent in Cv then interview for about 30 40 mins . No written tests

Interviewers felt unwelcoming and made the experience feel uncomfortable. Also spoke to some employees there who gave a negative description of the charity, which was quite disheartening. Interview questions were ok however interviewers did not put at ease and asked seemed critical in the process.
