Initial communication through emails. One in-person interview with Director, Manager and Senior Manager. Offer sent that day after the interview. Interview was in a small room with good ventilation. The interviewers were knowledgeable of the topic and asked fair questions related to the job. The communication was friendly and open. The interview seemed more like an informal meeting between colleagues.
