The non-managerial role I applied for required 6 sit-down virtual interviews. It would've been ok if each session was different, but the first 3 interviews alone were extremely repetitive. All the questions asked in the first two interviews were already asked in the initial form they asked you to fill up, while the third had longer versions of the same questions.
Succeeding interviews weren't any better. Interviewer, despite her smiles, had a cold energy. She was uninterested (compared to other interviewers who like asking follow-up questions) and monotonous that the AI interviewer showed better engagement and conversation skills than that human interviewer did. This alone is a glimpse into the true culture and skill level of the people within the company.
