I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Peloton Interactive (New York, NY)
Interview
Actual interview process was fantastic and very easy. Met with quite a few people and all were awesome. Where it all went wrong was the follow up from Peloton. The interviewer was terrible at returning calls/emails and in fact never responded. I find this to be one of the rudest things that companies do, especially in terms of the position I was interviewing for. However, no matter how far up the the chain someone goes, it is never right to make them feel unimportant. It is common courtesy to get back to someone, especially when the company made you feel that you were a wanted candidate. I feel as though the higher ups should be made aware of this and know that the person you have in place hiring talent doesn't even have the decency to get back to people!!! That's not saying much about their people skills.
Hi there- thank you for your feedback and our sincere apologies for the lack of communication on our end. As the Director of HR, I would love to hear more about your experience. Please send a note to talent@pelotoncycle.com and we can give you an update on the process as it stands now.
