Short process consisting of 6 interviews (recruiter, hiring manager, task-home presentation, panel) that took 2+ months to finish. During my interview with a co-founder, he spent 90% of the time asking questions about whether I had been laid off and wanted details about my previous compensation structure. Be prepared to spend the time defending every career move, layoff, raise and promotion in detail. If you can get through this without getting frustrated, you'll probably pass. The other panel interviews were standard STAR-format questions about your past experiences and situational questions. In one of these, an executive made a rude comment that implied I was lying about my previous experience. I let it slide and clarified the misunderstanding but wish I had just ended the call right there. I have never left an interview so upset and disappointed.

Very friendly and professional interview process. Three rounds to meet the other members of the team. Each round lasted between 30 - 45 mins. I was given plenty of time to ask my own questions about the team, projects and company. The team keep you well informed of the next steps, communication and organisation was all very good!
