I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pegasus Laboratories
Interview
Initial phone screen with an external recruiter. The recruiter could not answer basic questions about the company, position, or next steps. I then had a video interview with the VP two weeks later that was rescheduled. I received an email from that recruiter that I should receive next steps the following week. Two weeks elapsed and I did not hear back (despite following up twice and seeing the job reposted with a different location).
On my final follow up I received a templated response that the company was not interested - sent via iPhone. I dodged a bullet and wanted to let others know that the company is disorganized and borderline disrespectful to applicants.

What is your experience in pharmaceutical marketing?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Pegasus Laboratories
Interview
This was an initial phone screening interview with an external recruiter; it was about 25 minutes long. The next steps were to be with the hiring manager and then an in-person visit to the facility

Interview
Phone screen with 2 recruiters, Teams panel interview, then onsite visit with panel interview. Onsite visit was very disorganized (started late, ran over scheduled time, couldn’t answer questions, their questions didn’t align with the job description, etc.). The timing of scheduling the interviews was difficult with no one being available for nearly 2 months then expected that I travel there for an interview the same week they called me back after the first round of panel interviews.
One major concern was when asked how they promote diversity and inclusion, they told me they don’t. That was very evident seeing the site with a very non diverse staff, management included.
After the onsite visit, which I paid for out of pocket (traveled out of state), I was completely ghosted by the recruiters. I contacted the recruiters several times with no answer and received a fraction of what I paid to travel there for the visit in the mail almost 2 months later, again with no communication.
Based on my experience and how they don’t promote diversity within the workplace, I wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money if traveling there on this company.
