Had a really good interview with both the recruiter and hiring manager. Was told I would move on. Then ghosted. Not even a canned “sorry, you’ve not been chosen to move forward” email. Pretty poor optics for a HR company, don’t ya think? Then their CEO was removed after being there for only a short period of time (and he had brought over many of his top performers from his previous company). It sure does appear the company is in complete disarray right now.
