The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Pebl in Apr 2020
Interview
Initial phone screen went well, and I was asked to do a second round later that day with the hiring manager. As my schedule couldn’t accommodate, I pushed into the next week. The recruiter stated I’d interview with the hiring manager when in fact it was with three people. All good, rolled with it. As previous reviews indicate, they use a very specific method of interviewing which they just assume you are familiar with and provide no context. So when they ask you the name of your current and previous managers and then enter that into your scorecard without any explanation, just know that’s their process. This is how they find their “10’s” - however when they ask you very specific questions about one job you were at for 18 months and basically ignore the rest of your 20+ years of work experience (except for your bosses name) it seems a bit off-putting and disingenuous. But again, this is their process and since they have such a low turnover according to their CEO and they only hire 10’s - it “must” work for them. The process was very clinical and while I appreciate formality and professionalism, there were zero questions asked about me personally, only what “would my boss say about me.” It was unclear how they’re able to glean cultural fit from this method. As previous reviewers stated, buy the book (I did) and try to understand how they utilize the hiring method prior to a group interview. It obviously didn’t help for me, but perhaps it will for you!
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
What would your boss from 8 years ago say was your biggest strength?
For the second interview they wanted me to do a 5 point presentation to a panel. It would have taken several hours of prep time basically equating to free work and sharing my ideas for free. I declined and withdrew from the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pebl (Denver, CO) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process moved quickly. I had an interview with the hiring manager, then the VP and the a peer. Everyone was on time, friendly, casual, and honest. I heard from people when they said they would contact me. I asked tough questions and no one shied away from answering them

Question 1
Q: What are you most proud of among the work you have done in the past?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pebl in Dec 2021
Interview
Preparation needed. 5-7 video interviews more like conversations which started with a 15 minute recruiter phone call. Very good people. Strong conversations. Articulating process seems easy but yet I fumbled it. Again, be prepared. Familiarize yourself with the "Who" method for hiring. Know your competencies. This should help your prep. This company starts and ends with culture. You must be a good fit. 2-3 week process.
